Jabil Circuits is An American Company with Plants in USA, Malaysia and China.

Jabil Circuits India Pvt. Ltd. Worldwide is in the business of making printed circuit boards for a variety sofisticated application for clients like LG, Philips, G. E. Etc.

This is their first plant in India designed as per their international standards. The processs requirement for printed circuit board manufacture with SMT technology is total dust free atmosphere and controlled tempreture and humidity.

Strict tempreture control is required for SMT pick and place machines to operate. Humidity control is required to ensure soldring quality and prevent corroseon of connectors.

The entire plant is air conditioned with Galvalume sheet roof and Aluminium laminated underdeck insulation. The entire manufacturing and warehousing area has about 4.MM thick conductive Epoxy flooring to dissipate static charges . Special conductive shoes have to be worn in the manufacturing SMT area.

An overhead structural grid at 3.60M carries all the services like supply & return AC ducting, electrical bus bars, fire sprinkler system, pneumatic and water pipeline, data cabling etc.

This will be the first manufacturing facility in India built as per Factory Mutual stringent international Standards of safety and quality.
