Packtime Innovations Pvt Ltd proposed to construct a state of art printing facility for pharmaceutical industry.

The Plot area is around 20,000 SQM and total construction is 12,500 SQM.

The entire facility is clean room with 5 Micron filtration Printing and slitting areas are 0.3 Micron The roof is designed for solar paneling and rainwater harvesting.

Some of the challenges of the project are:

1) 8M level difference in plot.
2) Existing well within plinth to be retained.
3) Suspended Utility grid with 200KG/SM loading.
4) Solvent with very low flash point.
5) 15 lakh Kcal Thermic fluid System at 260 degrees centigrade.

New engineering technology used was 2 MT loading 18 M span slab.

Total connected load is 4.0 MW with 3 Nos 3.50 TR Chillers and 25 LKCAL Thermic fluid system
